Really large mazes

(1/2) > >>

Bud:
Any possibility of having the ability of sending a really large maze to a .pdf so that it could be taken to a graphics shop and have it printed on drafting paper?  I do this with a genealogy program I have and they make really good wqll charts.

Maze Creator:
How big is big?  Inches and DPI would be useful for memory calculations....

Seems like Adobe can take it, although I have had problems in the past (actually main printing issues in the past) with Adobe Acrobat.

Bud:
Pretty big, (2 ft x 3 ft) I would like to use the mazes to show migration of my ancestors from Europe to the U.S.  The size of the grid cells wouldn't be very small, (to hard to figure out the maze).  Actually, the maze cells could be any type, probably the type that would make-maze the quickest and easiest.

Maze Creator:
What DPI are your projects usually printed?

Some of these files can get pretty big.... I would guess 100/150 DPI...

Bud:
I don't think it would be any greater than 150, but does it make a difference on response time in making the maze?  If it does, than as low as possible but with a still decent image.  A few years ago I printed up some charts on a Dot Matrix, and they are only 80 - 100 DPI, so thay might be the lower limit.
