Version 1.80 Alpha 1 is available to those PRO Customers that are authorized to evaluate Alpha/Beta releases.  You can download these in the normal download location for the Maze Creator PRO product.  This is just the EXE file, backup your current one and copy this one over the existing file.  Here is a short list of what has changed:

ADDED: Export mazes in TXT format
ADDED: Export mazes in PNG format
ADDED: Export mazes in PCX format
ADDED: Export mazes into multipage TIF format (all images in the same file)
UPDATE: User Interface to group EXPORT features
UPDATE: Export menu item added to File Menu
FIXED: Built In Tilers show missing tile during use of Start/Stop
FIXED: Tiler Gallery Quirks corrected, window shows up when selected and tilers can be downloaded

Please keep in mind this version has had some significant changes not yet visable to you.  There is a pretty good chance you may bump into a bug.  Please report them as you find  them in this release.

We deleted about 100 accounts and blocked IP addresses.  We had to do this as these were Advertising accounts only with questionable content.  Sorry if you may have been impacted by the IP Block we placed on these IP Ranges.  Please email support if you were blocked by accident, we will try to restore your ability to access the BBS.  We will continue to monitor Juck accounts being added to this BBS system.

Ah Colorful Language, yes.  This is not as easy as I thought it would be to implement.  I have been restructuring the internals of Maze Creator to help facilitate this and other advances.  I think the ability to go Over/Under will help a lot in this area.  I am still working on being able to FORCE it not to Jump as that may not be desired in some cases.  I will keep you up-to-date on this one.

This Candy-World TILER was drawn by Carly Andrews.



This was released a bit earlier in the year but not anounced.  Enjoy!

Hi,

I suspect that Maze Creator STD was not installed properly.  From your Ver 3.x it seems like it is the STD shareware version not the free version.  VISTA has got its problems and installation of new programs is one issue.

Try to uninstalled the application, download the very latest as that should help the installation process with VISTA.  Save the setup.exe to your desktop and make sure you right-click on it and "Install as Administrator".  This will allow it the proper access to install correctly.

If this doesn't fix the issue, were you using Circular mazes prior to trying to make a "Box" style?

Bug Report / dimensions window is in feedback loop

I am trying to run Maze Creator freeware 3.X on my Vista machine. I have chosen the "Box" style, and when I get to the Dimensions screen, it gives me the message: "Enter an integer between 0 and 10000." -- no matter what numbers I enter in the "Cells Wide" or "Cells High" box.

Please advise asap. Thanks!

2.Make the tilers support triangle\hexagon\octagon mazes.
3.Support 3D maze! Or support mazes with bridges.
4.Make symmetric maze. This maze will looks more fun.
5.Make line maze.
