Problems with Demo
« on: September 27, 2007, 05:05:13 PM »
I downloaded MazeCreator Standard so I could try it out to see if I wanted to buy it but the first time I launched it, it said that my 45 day trial had expired. I had JUST installed it, how could the trial be expired?

Hi Judy,

Very strange, I have not had any reported cases of that to date.  Can you let me know what type of computer/operating system you are using?  Also, please tell me the version of Maze Creator STD reported at start-up.

Thanks,
Greg Peatfield

Well,

I haven't had much experience with VISTA, but I do have customers running that operating system.  Can you send be a screen capture of the registration box that comes up on the screen?  You can copy it to the clip-board with [CTRL]-[PRNT SCRN] Key combo.  You can then email it to me at mazecreator@mazecreator.com.

Thanks, hopefully that gives me some clues.

I have received another report of VISTA not supporting the DEMO function.  Please let me know if you successfully get the DEMO to run for 45 days.  I know there are some strange setting for programs under Vista.  If someone can post the proper settings, that would be great.
